Icons We Adore


Farrah Fawcett


The decade everybody seems to be drawing inspiration from lately is the seventies. And if there was one 70s icon who knew how to turn heads it was Farrah. With her girl-next-door charm and laid-back style, she won her status as one of America's sweethearts.






Farah was a simple girl, preferring blue jeans and button-downs over glitz and glam. Note the style of her jeans; high waisted bell bottoms. This is a style a lot of designers chose to use in their spring collections. I have a feeling we'll all be getting in touch with our inner Farrah this spring.

    They are coming back! I feel as though the whole look is coming back, not just the jeans. You could probably wear anything pictured above with a little twist and not look outdated....another reason why I love fashion! Thanks for stopping by! Great blog!
